I did my delid the other day and now when I shut my pc down for the night and turn it back on in the morning I need to reseat the cpu and it works fine afterwards.

Any insight?

well if you "delid" it you probably didn't have it seated right if to fix it you had to reseat it... right?...

That's like saying my sister was spraying my truck and the inside was getting wet so I put the window up and it fixed it. What allowed the water to get in?

It happens every night, shut it down yesterday and it wouldn't start, same thing as yesterday morning, if I reseat it and it starts then in theory it should start again every time afterwards.

Your analogy is irrelevant since there nothing getting into it, it'll be fine for the day just when I start it in the morning again nothing.
