Windows 10 graphics driver failed

Windows 10 64-Bit

Uninstall the driver or what's left of it, restart the PC and try again. People on this thread got it working: https://www.reddit.com/r/nvidia/comments/3f0755/windows_10_gtx_660_drivers_dont_work/

What graphics card do you have? Make sure you actually selected the Win10 (not something else) driver download.

There have been some weird compatibility issues between the driver pushed through mandatory Windows update and the one from geforce experience. It best to just directly download only the driver from NVIDIA's website right now.

I have a GTX 660 and I choose the Win 10 64-Bit driver. I even installed Geforce Experience and tried downloading it there but I still get this error.

Have you tried through device manager?

WinKey+X and choose "Device Manager" open up the "Display Adapter" tab, right click on the "Microsoft Display..." item and choose "Update driver". It will probably ask to update afterwards.

Hello, I installed Windows 10 from a flash drive and choose the option of doing a clean install of Windows 10. I then went and tried to install the nvidia windows 10 driver and it said that it failed. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Try downloading and running this driver: http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/geforce-353-62-windows-10-driver-download.html

I have this version of the driver and it's the one for Windows 10. Hopefully this will work.
