Anyone Else Having This Issue?

Hey so im trying to use the Windows Media Creation Tool to create a USB boot drive to do a fresh install of windows 10 on my computer. But in it i select my USB drive and click next. When it finishes downloading my USB drive is empty. Nonthing was installed onto it. It dumped all the files into my boot ssd. Any fixes? Am i doing something wrong? Im fallowing there website on this.
