Can't run windows 10?

     Yeah.. I got this at 100% on one of those loading screens. post-190343-0-54294500-1438193752.png

MOTHERBOARD: some Asus motherboard CPU: I3-4130 GPU: Gigabyte(?) GT-1030 RAM: 8GB G.SKILL SNIPER 1600MHZ RAM + 4GB AMD ram PSU: Corsair CX450 CASE: Corsair Spec-03 OS: Win 10 64 bit Keyboard: Logitech G510s Mouse: Corsair G300s Camera: Canon EOS Rebel T5

Is your system partition on the same drive as the OS?

         I forgot what the partition is..

     God, I installed it on my c drive, after removing my D drive.. and it still won't work :C If I try to install it to the bare C drive file itself, it won't let me, but stuff like documents, and ect it will.. but I need admin rights to install on the C drive.. so thats props y.. CUZ IT CAN'T ACCESS ALLT HE WINDOWS STUFF IN THE C DRIVE Folder.. but how I fix :C

I'm so tired of troubleshooting... So to make things less frustrating, I'm lying on a couch in the same room as my pc with teamviewer :c

Why does my pic do this.. I'm stuck as a win 8 skrub until someone helps and finds a solution.. Remember.. Admin rights is current issue. But keep mind that it is on my c drive, I even removed D drive.
