CS:GO Dev console problem

Hello everyone,

 

I just installed csgo on my new laptop and i want to readjust the config, but as soon as I start to write smth it turns off console. Also I want to note that it writes weird symbols like a with dot on top, altough my language is set to US, maybe it is a problem with language?

Rebind it to any button other than default. The button it's on tries to make some weird accents on letters.
