Copper piping good for water cooling?

Copper pipe will work just as well as any other type of pipe/tubing. It's just a little harder to work with (harder to bend and find fittings that match) and you have to make sure you avoid aluminum in your loop (although you typically need to do that anyway unless you somehow manage to run an all aluminum loop).

Also if I were to use copper pipes, bend the pipes or use fittings?

More personal preference than anything, although bending would technically have significantly fewer points of failure.

the only down side to copper tubing is if you end up with alot in your case it till release heat inside your case before it can get to your rads im talking about like 10feet or more in tubing . it is harder to work with. i think where you bend it you have to get it plated not sure about that ive heard that before with copper

Yes it can be used, for fittings hardline tubing fittings or the correct size will work. For copper pipes if you to keep that bright copper finish you'll need to seal the copper to prevent oxidation.

The build that I am currently working on is going to have copper tubing. You can use normal hard line fittings and buy the copper tube from either your local hardware shop (such as home depot) or just buy it off Ebay. It's a bit more difficult to bend then acrylic and a far bit more expensive but looks way better IMO.
