Need help, Boot Loop

Hey guys, with all these windows 10 things happening, I thought that installing some optional updates, in order to get windows 10 will work, so I downloaded them, and then, restarted my pc, and, it`s in a loop, saying that a recent software change might be the problem, so when i press F8 to repair my pc, there is no repair you computer option...Please Help
