i might change the case then the motherboard ( i want a corsair air 240).

Different psu, change to the 1231v3 if you can afford it, drop the cpu cooler, not overclocking so stock fan is good, spending way to much on case, BX100 ssd, better gpu. You can do so much better than a 960, is there any cheaper version of 64bit windows?
