What should I change?

So I'm looking to build a powerful yet conservative build so, from what I've seen I'll go with an i5 4460 and some last gen GPU's

 

So here's the specs

 

corsair vengeance 2 x 4gb RAM 30-50 USD

 

core i5 4460 180 USD

 

GTX 670 *yes I know it's old* 150 USD

 

ASRock bb5 fatal1ty lga1150 mobo 70 USD

 

WD Blue 1 TB HDD 50 USD

 

NZXT Guardian 921 rb or Corsair Vengeance 70 - 130

 

What should I change?

I'm playing my Xbone on 3 LG Curved monitors-No one ever

Well that's with an MIR but you can get a 280 for 175 usd a pop

But it seems the performance of the 670 outdoes the R9 280, not the x one though
