Hey, guys. My problem this time is, well, better described in screen clippings:
 

The one that has the high CPU usage is the one where Steam is downloading a game. It peaks around 5 MB/s but, for some reason, (recently) my CPU usage is high, just from downloading!

The other one is right after the download finished.

I checked the usage, the only process using enough CPU power and memory is steam, but OBS is second w/ about 20% usage when stuff starts downloading. Maybe it's not Steam then?
