I apologize for the noobish question, but I just need to know before I try to purchase Windows 10. I have a intel 4790K for my first build. Now, on intel's ark page, it says this CPU has a 64-bit instruction set. That does mean I can use a 64-bit OP system right? Thanks in advance!
