Cannot delete files on my ssd

added full ownership but it still wont budge ,also when i go to disk cleanup it just shows recycle bin 

why not just format is from disk manager?

Are you booting from that ssd?

Right click properties

give ownership.

or just you know FORMAT the drive.

Hey NicekillBG,
 
SSDs that have other OS versions on them usually take longer to format. I would, however, check the S.M.A.R.T. status of that drive to make sure your data would be safe there with no risk of losing it. 
A simple format is usually enough to delete the partition table and for the storage drive to appear empty for the OS and the new data to be written over the old one.
