plug them into mobo and see if they spin 

 

My new computer case's fans don't spin. These fans are the default fans for the Phanteks Enthoo Pro Full Tower. All the fans were connected to this circuitry thing in the back and I have no clue what it is.

My speakers dont even fit on or under my desk...PA's FTW

I'm pretty sure you have to connect that circuitry thing(fan hub) into the motherboard

I think you need to find a cable that spreads from those circuitry and connect it to the motherboard if not another thing you can do is to connect those cables from the fans that go directly to te cricuitry connect them directly to the motherboard instead, that should do it.If I wrote something wrong or you didn`t understand me its cause I don`t frecuently use english, dont mind to ask anything!
