gpu fan speed and temps help

My r9 380 (which is inside* a very crappy* airflow hp case) when at 100% full load goes up to 80ºC with 60% fan speed. Should i up the fan speed manually to like 80-100%?

Well, I like having 100% fan speed on 80 degrees since it's kinda high for my taste and I don't mind the noise.

I am not sure what's the best for you though.

Try with an open case.

No offence, but when you buy good hardware (as your R9 380) you must have at least a decent airflow as those GPU's generate quite a lot more heat !
