I really don't know where to start and need suggestion based of the information under.

 

1. Budget & Location

My budget 2000 - 2300 $CAD // Location : Quebec,CA,

 

2. Aim
- Gaming. (ARMA III for example)

- Streaming/recording. 

- Hosting server with friends.  

 

3. Monitors
2 monitors at 1080p.

4. Peripherals
I have the OS, keyboard/mouse and screens.

5. Why are you upgrading?

My computer is too old and I'm giving it away to my brother so I need a new one.

Get an i5 or i7 for cpu

get a $100-$200 mobo

get an r9 390x or gta 980 ti

get an lg/samsung/etc 1080p monitor
