Hi. My display driver is constantly crashing during games.

I've tried to uninstall the display driver and replace it with a brand new one from the Geforce Experience panel.

I've tried a simple windows Fix It.

I've tried lowering graphics settings on the games I play. Still the same result.

These are my specs. Files attatched are every piece of my computer - the CPU

Heyyo,

Make sure to use Display Driver Uninstaller when trying to remove drivers please.

http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/

  • Download the program, extract it and restart in Safe Mode (F8 tap it during reboot after BIOS screen)
  • Run DDU, Select "Clean & Restart"
  • Once back in regular boot? it'll detect and install basic display drivers (DON'T select "Clean Install" under the custom settings, it sometimes has problems with SLI setups). Once that's done? Install the latest NVIDIA drivers for your GPU and then reboot
  • (Optional) Open up DDU (if it asks to reboot into safe mode? you don't need to, so say no) and then click on "Set Automatic Driver Installation to Default"
Next? It could be potentially a defective GPU. Check your video memory please.

Are you running any overclocks? That makes my drivers crash alot when I used to push my 270 even 20MHz on the core!!! Have u spoken to Nvidia? They sometimes have details on others and there issues and how they fixed them!

Here's an image of Nvidia Inspector. I'm not running any overclocks, at least as far as I am aware.

Thank you for the reply. I'll download the program and try to replace the GPU driver another time.

I doubt it's a faulty GPU. I'm also worried the RAM might not be compatible with the MB. I'm not too technical with this, so I might be wrong.
