also, can I just chage the h100is fans easily?

Yes, you'll have to mount them to the radiator anyways when you install it.

Regarding your other question about the PSU:

There are a lot of different PSUs out there that are really great.

If you want to go for a total overkill build and you have too much money to spend, then get a Corsair AX760i.

The CoolerMaster V700 80+ gold is also a great.

If you want something special with excellent performance have a look at the SuperFlower Leadex. The connectors light up white. :P
