Sabertooth z97 mark1 usb problem

So, i've used my "new" pc for a while now and one thing bother's me, after a while my mouse and keyboard would not "power on" or be detected in any usb slot on the back of motherboard,

while they still worked on bios, i solved this by disabling xhci in bios, after a while from that sometimes in the bios they would "power on" mouse and keyboard but i can't navigate with them,

but they would still work just perfectly on windows 7 (ultimate) for solving that i have now cleared cmos by removing the battery from it for a while.

Could it be some faulty/missing driver in windows, i have all the updates installed.

All help would be appreciated

A new problem has appeared, any driver regarding usb3 stuff, either from asus's site or intel's site i get something saying that my pc doesn't have the necessary specs to run/install it????
