How intensive of gaming do you plan on doing with the laptop and also what type of school work? Is it general word processing and internet usage? Programming? CAD?

not to much gaming, about the school work it is allot of word typing ant internet usage plus Visualization

If gaming isn't super important to you, I wouldn't look for something with a super beefy graphics card.  Haswell integrated graphics can handle moderate gaming just fine, and without a graphics card your battery life will be way better, not to mention the laptop will be more portable.

Hey, i'm going to buy a new laptop for school work and for gaming but i'm not sure what to get, do someone have any laptop recommendations price cant go over 1.000 USD : D
