That's what it says on the page, but there is still a chance you will get backlight bleeding just like any other monitor (Especially IPS ones) but if it's bad you can always return it anyway 90% of the time and they will send you out another one which hopefully wont be as bad

I never really had a problem with IPS light bleed. But I have only ever owned one. To be honest it's quite hard to actually see light bleeding unless your looking for it unless it's so bad it makes slightly dark things super bright, then it would be a problem. I have a Dell IPS screen, I am looking to get this one for gaming and my Dell one for films as most films are 1080p anyway.

Yeah most of the time it's more than okay, and the amount of light bleed is very acceptable and you wont notice it, unless like you say, you look for it. I was just saying that even though they say it is a new batch that doesn't suffer from it, you could still be unlucky and get a bad one with bad backlight bleeding, but in that case you can just return it anyway lol

It will of course be a very nice display for gaming (Pretty much the best out right now)

The best will go to the ACER X34 Ultra wide Curved 100hz Gsync monitor

Yeah when it's released in a months time lol

Although I'm praying it's easy to somehow mod the ugly red  logo and buttons, then I'd maybe consider buying it, even though it's priced at £1000, if it had the same design as the freesync one, and if it were £800 I'd pick one up right away without any doubts, but ofc that will never happen
