Change the PSU, unless you wan't to SLI 750W is overkill and this one isn't great as well.

Otherwise it is pretty much perfect.

what PSU then ?

If you want to SLI EVGA 750G2 if not get some good brand 550W 80+gold one.

Also that phanteks case is great but full ATX case is a bit overkill for your build.

If I am not mistaken, sli 970 consumes ~540W or so. I would get a 650W PSU

750w for extra headroom unless OP wants to OC the CPU and GPUs.

actually it is about 140W at full load, 500W PSU for whole system is recommended by nvidia.

If he wants headroom he can go with a 750W psu. here is a video with sli 970:

most games today require around 3-6 Gbs of RAM (expect Minecraft, dddeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerp), so if you plan to play multiple games at once, get 16. Everything else is awesome for 1080p.

If you dont want to overclock, why have you selected the 212 evo? The stock fan is good enough for cooling the cpu at stock settings

Eh? who plays multiple games at once? 8GB RAM is more than enough.
