Can an hd 6670 or hd 7770 run on xilence 350w psu? with one pentium g860 3ghz 8gb ram 1hdd 6 system fans and asus h61 mobo

No. Step up to ~450w.

That PSU seems to be getting ratings of around 2/5 so... probably not. You could run that on a 350W or even a 300W PSU without any problems as long as it's a good brand one, say Corsair, Antec, Seasonic, OCZ, Cooler Master - something like that.

A 7770 needs ~70W. it will run fine. you need an adapter for the PCIe 6pin. Xilence R3 psu are not the best, but they won't explode on you :D

 

xilence went out of business, don't buy the psu(if you don't already own it)

The Xilence Redwing R3 lower wattage unit is made by XHY Power rather than Andyson, IIRC. It's a rather poor passive PFC unit. It's based on the same platform as this unit: http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&file=print&reid=335

i m buying from cyprus i live there from my local shop i have 35-40 euros for  psu an 60 euros for one hd6670
