HELP ME!

Im looking for a Great Gaming/ Editing Monitor the specs i MUST have are the following:

 

1. I-2 Ms response time 

2. 60-120 hz

3. Great color reproduction

4.  At least 28 inch monitor size

5. 2 HDMI ports

My Budget is around $450 Canadian and the resolution is up to you but i would like it to be at least 1080p. Im going to be using this Monitor for gaming on my PC, and Xbox One

12 at least 28" you're gonna want 1440p or 4k, not 1080p.

Does it have to be that big? What about 27?
