i never would of thought EVGA made ram. Does anyone know if its good? Because there is a 16 GB kit for $100 at my local microcenter http://www.microcenter.com/product/444419/16GB_DDR3-2400_%28PC3-19200%29_CL_11_Desktop_Memory_Kit_%28Two_8GB_Memory_Modules%29

Ram is ram--it's pretty hard to mess up DDR3 nowadays. 

Moved to CPUs, Motherboards, and Memory.

As @WoodenMarker said ram is ram.

 

It's all the same pretty much.Well Corsair Dominator Platinum and XVIXER ram that has the lightning plasma tube led are different
