Bit of a long shot, hoping someone can tell me what this means

Apparently Steelseries have no idea since i emailed them 19 days ago and heard nothing since

Ummmm why have you not harrassed them bout it..

And from what I can tell it seems its recognising a lib file, you may need to flash the firmware back to stock. Or find a custom one.. I had an issue close to this with a midi controller flashing it resolved the issue.

You may want to reinstall engine 3 as well

I have harrassed them about it, they marked it as solved then linked me to an rma form at that point i gave up!

 

How would i go about flashing the firmware?

 

Yeah i have done several times their was also an update recently i was hoping that would solve it but unfortunately not.

For that you will have to do some googling, flashing is different for each device, I wouldstart by using the key words " flash *product name* stock firmware " or " flash *product name* to factory default" then keep digging from there, hope you can figure it out, I know situations like these can for sure be frustrating.
