monitors don't wake up

hey guys, i've got a bit of a weird issue

 

when I turn on my computer and leave the monitors off, the pc will boot up fine (i can use it via remote desktop) but when i turn on my monitors i get no video output. this also happenes when i wake up from sleep.

 

my gpu is an asus 960 strix and my screens are 3x dell u2515w

 

 

is anyone familiar with this issue?

i had it happen to 1 time that i couldn't wake up from sleep my pc turned on and my monitor din't i simply solved it by pulling the power plug and rebooting but else idk

yes, everytime this happenes i have to shut it down via remote desktop or just force it...
