Sure, looks fine. What cooler you will be using? Air or AIO?

I have will be getting an I5 4590 (cheaper than the 4460 where I am), so stock at first; but just to be on the comfortable side, once I have a bit more money I will get a be quiet! Dark Rock 3. I am going big for looks, so it has to be black/white xD

Also would it be ok to have just 1 120mm at the top, so that I have room for an Optical Drive?

Yeah, you will be alright since you aren't going to OC anyway. And now when I looked more closely how mobo is there, have top ones be intake and right side exhaust. Unless you aren't planning on getting GPU at all.

I was just thinking about the fact that hot air rises, so I put the exhaust on the top. Also, don't after-market GPU coolers intake air and exhaust out the side? Or how do they do it if that is not the case? I could also have the Intake at the bottom and Exhaust at the top, although I would prefer not to use the bottom (planning to ghetto mount HDD., so that the Windowed side panel is usable)

The hot air rising thing is not that important inside the case. Its used to define air movement outside case and most times thats bigger reason to place intake fans bottom side of pc case. Since you are already going for smaller case, fan power will be most important factor on air movement.

All GPU coolers are intaking ones. With aftermarket ones they do exhaust to every direction, like the stock CPU coolers. Thats why you always want to aim some intake to GPU fans, not exhaust and suffocate them.
