Question-ish

 So, while running some games (Crysis 2 and Shogun 2) I've observed some smaller issues such as occasionally when I shoot the aliens towards the end of the game, the bullet tracing thing will spaz out a bit and with Shogun 2 on the same wall in the same castle I notice the shadows bug from time to time or while I wait for my friend to finish loading I sometimes get the sun flicker slowly - looks more like fireworks but it's gone when we actually play the battles. I honestly doubt this is an issue on my end as those seem like the games bugging out. I've also seen, while running Unigine Heaven, when rotating around the dragon statue, an object quickly flash but when I actually focus my vision in the bottom right corner where I notice it, it's never there so I think this might be my mind playing tricks on me or my peripheral vision when I blink. Question is, how paranoid am I on the scale from 1 to 11? I've never noticed pixels (pink and white as commonly seen) appearing, nor any weird artifcating. Temps are normal so I kind of think I'm spazzing out over nothing here.

VRAM usage has never gone above 2.2GB. Has enough horse power too.

Hmm. Check your monitor specs, it could be trying to run 4k when it is 1080p

It might be the monitor actually. Not the resolution but the thing itself. It's a Dell 23' IPS display but not the highest quality. Got it for 160 EU-ish. Believe it's 6 ms response time and the different preset settings might be at fault - Game, Movie etc.

I should also add that I've not really had any driver-related crashes and apart from what I described everything works fine with the card running it's advertised clocks easily and not having any weird fps dips.

Or it could be driver hick-ups I'm noticing actually since my friend's 860m would spaz out the lighting in Witcher 3 until we updated everything.

Update everything.The refresh rate of the monitor should not impact how your game performance is unless you are running at like 144fps.

Come to think of it, I haven't updated Dell Display Manager in over 3 months and the pop-up has been annoying me for 2

Next time the thing asks probably will. It doesn't really bother me too much, just wanted to make sure that I'm not crazy and GPU is working fine
