as people said GTA5 has a built in benchmark.

if you want a seperate one Fraps is a good choice however not that usable as a free version.

if you just want FPS counter you can use the one in steam, NZXTs CAM software or Fraps as well.

I'm pretty sure Fraps has something like this.

The free one will work in this case.

GTA5 has a benchmark built in. Go to graphic options and there is a key to start the benchmark/stresstest.

 

Yeah but it doesn't give any document about the benchmark it just runs it and shows the FPS in real time

When it finishes running it records all sort of FPS info in a file, check your game directory.
