Never seen a free cloud render farm. But you can get a free trial on RebusFarm. It's average price. What software do you use and how quickly do you need the project finished?

I use Vegas pro 13

It's just editing software, there is no way you need a render farm for that :D What computer do you have or how long does it take to render the project right now?

Yeah, you have slow pc if it's dual core. If you have a quad core in there it should be enough. Look into optimizing your quality. H.264 and 20Mbit/s is max you should put it. If there is little movement you can lower the mbits even more as long as you can't see the artifacts. If you are planning to upload it on youtube, The quality can go even lower as they always compress it even more. What is the size of your speedart footage?

I guess your recording is too wasteful. It gives out too big file sizes and sony vegas takes long to process them. Plus probably your quality option. RenderFarms are not cheap, they only make sense if you're doing a commercial or a film and need it before deadline.
