Everything seems to be good on your part list there.

A 500W would do it.

Here you go: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438049

Quality PSU, with enough power for a 980 upgrade in the future if you don't OC that CPU too much.

5800X3D - RTX 4070 - 2K @ 165Hz

A MSI Gaming 5 would be better and save you money.

I'd get a BeQuiet! Pure Rock. The 212 Evo is good but the pure rock is better.

Why 2tbs of storage? For the power supply I'd get a EVGA GS or G2 series. Both are good. 650w minimum.

i7-6700k  Cooling: Deepcool Captain 240EX White GPU: GTX 1080Ti EVGA FTW3 Mobo: AsRock Z170 Extreme4 Case: Phanteks P400s TG Special Black/White PSU: EVGA 850w GQ Ram: 64GB (3200Mhz 16x4 Corsair Vengeance RGB) Storage 1x 1TB Seagate Barracuda 240GBSandisk SSDPlus, 480GB OCZ Trion 150, 1TB Crucial NVMe
