Still searching best pc for my friend already i did that 

 

1.SAMSUNG SH-118CB/BEBE DVD-ROM/

2.Deepcool TESSERACT case

3.Western Digital WD10EURX 1tb hdd

4.PSU Tacens ATX RADIX VI 650W 85+ ECO DESIGN psu

5.Gainward GeForce GTX 980

6.MSI H81 P33 motherboard(yea you heard it :D it's great mobo and you can do some overclocking with davil canyon)

7. intel core i5 4690k

8.kingston fury hyperx 1866mhz 8gb stick 

 

Everything cost 989eur~ in shop in my country. What do you think guys ?

Unless he absolutely needs it I'd say get rid of the DVD drive.

Depends, Is it cheaper where you are to buy this whole set than it is to buy the pieces you want individually?

Use a Z97 motherboard if he wants to overclock and change that PSU and get good one from a well known reputable brand

he won't overclock anything he don't know even what is it at all,

i forgot to mention it , ofcource ram memory also comes in that price, it depends in which shop i wanna buy this parts

Still I would recommed buy a PSU from a well known brand

But honestly, I bet you're playing on a 1080p 60hz monitor, so this would be better.

The guys gave you some pretty good advice.
Regarding the storage, WD AV is a drive designed for surveillance and might not be appropriate for your build. Surveillance-class drives, although very quiet and reliable, have optimized sequential read or write speeds with much lower random ones which would result in a slower performance on a regular desktop computer. These drives are designed to record or stream large video files and I would advise you to change your choice. I would go for something like WD Blue.
