Can somebody give me a list of good parts for a computer.

My budget is around $1,000 including screen, keyboard and mouse. This computer is not going to be used for gaming very much. It is going to be used for multipurpose things like programming, a little video editing, web surfing, etc.

I would also like it to include a DVD drive and a good pair of speakers.

I live in the USA.

It can be any color or a mix of colors.

I don't care about noise.

And I would like it to be a ATX or mATX size.

I am not picky with the screen but would like a back-lit keyboard and cordless mouse.

I don't need a expensive graphics card but would prefer Nvidia.

  thank-you
