Adobe creative cloud

Go to solution Solved by EpicGeekonFire,

Ok, so does that mean I should get adobe creative cloud subscription AND office 365 membership, because there's no replacement too word and powerpoint? And, one quick question: Is indesign easy to use, easy to learn, and is it efficient?

I guess you should if you want to use both. I would stick with Office for basic stuff.

Indesign is one of the easier programs that Adobe offers. Its easy for me and like photoshop and word combined.

Hey guys! I was just wondering, does Adobe have a word processor like word? I already know there's indesign, but that seems a little too complicated for my use. Basically, I need to have it be more simple, because I want to be productive. I know that it's more functional than word, but it is too hard to make the design, or am I being mislead;is indesign simple? Also, is their an equivalent of PowerPoint in adobe creative cloud? Ultimately, I want to know if I still need to get MS office, or if adobe creative cloud can do anything ms office can do. Thanks in advance for your help!

Adobe doesn't specialize in easy to use programs, that would be Microsoft.

Learn InDesign, its pretty easy compared to the rest of Adobe programs.

Also there is no Powerpoint, just motion designing programs like After Effects.(hard)

you should go check out Lynda.com they teach all those programs by follow along video and makes it much easier to learn these programs. I personally am a Adobe Junkie but have had the adobe products since the late 1980's. Also with the monthly subscription to Lynda.com you can take your time and you can also use it to find other office programs out there that can do it just as well or close. I think Lynda.com has a trial option but not sure on that one, good luck to you!
