Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding the placement of my sound card (sound blaster z). I currently have two MSI 980ti gaming 6g video cards and I am not sure whether I should have my sound card above my top video card (potentially blocking the hot air from exiting through an exhaust fan) or if I should put the card in the bottom PCI slot which might hinder the airflow going into the bottom card. Below are two diagrams showing the possible placements.

I am leaning towards having the sound card in the bottom slot since the top card needs as much can help cooling as possible.

Put it in the bottom slot. Either way, it won't make much difference to cooling for the cards.

This and plus it looks better :D
