hi,


my laptop always booted up verry fast (30-40 sec) on a hdd.


i now have the problem, if i want to boot it up,


1. it gives the DELL logo (like a normal pc)


2. the screen stays black for about 60 sec. but i can see my mouse and i can move it.


3. the windows login screen apears (like normal)


 


i have a dell inspireon 15 5000 (new edition)


i7 5500U


16 GB


2TB HDD


 


 


has anyone of you have this problem or know what to do about it?


 


please help

So it takes 20 seconds longer than usual? That's not a problem really. But if it really bothers back up and restore from a recovery partition etc

30-40 seconds "verry fast"?

Anyway, you've got some random crap going on the OS, has nothing to do with the computer itself.

Check the startup tab in task manager and disable anything that you don't need.

Run a virus scan, uninstall any crap that could conflict with each other.

If that fails, you'll have to reinstall windows.
