BSOD when gaming

This problem started a while back. After some time of gaming, I can notice the loading screens getting longer and some textures stop loading. Eventually, I get a BSOD. I've tried fixes from a few forums but none seem to work, I have included Report files and the SynsativeFileCollectionApp zip file in the dropbox link below. Help would be appreciated, Thanks

OS: Windows 7 x64  retail

 

Age of hardware: Custom built over time,Power supply RAM, processor and motherboard are about 2-3 years old, SATA drive is about 1 year old, Video card about 5 months old

 

Video card: NVIDIA GTX 970

 

Motherboard: Asus P8Z68-V Pro/GEN3

 

PS: Cheifmax 550W

This sounds and looks like either memory leakage or driver errors. Reinstall drivers and check your ram.
