Is the ASRock 980DE3/U3S3 Motherboard good for the AMD FX 6300 CPU will they work well together?

sure they will work okay together, but u might want to see if you live near any microcenter stores. the mobo/cpu combos are crazy(they have fx-6300).

 

Scroll down and look at the asus fx-6300 bundle. much better board.
