Low latency Soundcard for use with usb midi controller keyboard

Hi,

I am looking to upgrading from the Oxygen 41 to the Nektar Impact LX88 Controller Keyboard for better key feel and responsiveness as the M-Audio Oxygen key press is very squidgy and plastic. I would like to see if I can get a decent soundcard to achieve the best low latency results for use in either FL Studio or Ableton. I am not a music producer, I just enjoy playing and creating bits and pieces for my own fun.

Simply a soundcard which can be used for all general PC purposes and for plugging in a usb controller keyboard to play. I can't seem to find anything. So may just end up buying Xonar or Soundblaster as per usual and just living with the delay between keypress and sound playback.

£200 ish area? or cheaper would be good.

I've been googling and have gotten lost in information overload and keep ending up on external usb devices with inputs I would never use.

Also ASIO4ALL is bad supposedly and ASIO built in drivers are good, so the information goes....?

Any suggestions?
