So I got the HP Stream 7 tablet running windows 8.1 32 bit (I hate windows 8, but it had guaranteed drivers for windows 10) Anyway, long story short I had to RMA it because the flipping CMOS battery was dead, and get a replacement. I used my microsoft account to "clone" the 2 tablets on windows setup. the only "tile" app that works now is desktop, And I wouldnt really care if it werent for the fact that I need to change some settings in the metro settings tile app thing (you know what I mean :)) So none of the tiles work, theyt do their opening flip animation, then it reverts to the metro home screen. they all have tiny x's in circles in the corner (lower right) but some of them have downloading symbols, none of them will open. I suspect this might have something to do with my syncing of the tablets after RMA? I dont really know. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!
