Problems when running skyrim and need help!

Hey there! First thing's first, have you downloaded the unofficial patch? It's a mod that fixes a bunch of weird Skyrim features bugs.

I had something similar happen to me, just without the graphical glitching.  I toggled the AI on the horse behind the cart for several seconds so it would stop colliding with the cart I was I.
