Update: Just added Case, CPU Cooler, Rear fan, and optical drive, just in case.

Processor (Intel Core i3-2100 3.10Mhz Dual-Core Hyperthreading)

CPU Cooler (Stock Intel CPU Cooler)

RAM (Silicon Power 4GB DDR3 1333Mhz CL9)

Motherboard (MSI H61M-P23 (B3))

Graphics Card (MSI Geforce GTX 960 G2 Gaming)

Storage (WD Blue 320GB 7200RPM)  &  Storage 2 (WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM)

Power Supply (Cooler Master 500W)

Rear Fan (Foxconn, noisy as hell btw, but works :D )

Optical Drive (Super Writemaster CD/DVD-ROM - not exact model on thw link, but you get the idea, hard to pull it out of this case just to see what model it is)

I plan on getting another 4GB of *ALMOST* exact model, like the one i currently have since i cant find any shop selling this old ram.

I know, i know, if its not the same exact ram coming from same exact package, its risky, but screw it.

The model of the RAM i will get:   SP004GBVTU133N02

The model of the RAM i already have: SP004GBLTU133V02

And then i plan eventualy getting 120GB Samsung 850 EVO, which will replace my 300GB HDD, since i've no more space in my case

for additional drives.

Then, even more EVENTUALY, since that isnt that cheap, i plan on upgrading the cpu. Now i know, this MOBO of mine isnt exaclty

that recent, and it supports only LGA 1155, so is there any suggestions for any cpu upgrade for this socket?

I wouldn't be upgrading if i didn't have stutters in, say GTA V, i thoughts it is only cuz of 4gb of ram but when i look at their usage,

both RAM and CPU are near 100% usage in GTA V, esspecialy when settings are bumped up to a level the gpu can support and when i'm driving

around and stuff is loading in. So as far as i've seen, both need upgrade.

I'd appriciate some suggestions.

(Didn't use pcpartpicker cuz it doesnt have some of these parts)

I'd upgrade the mobo and CPU. If you want a new CPU you will wanna find one used because buying them new are insanely overpriced. Even if it's just like a MSI Gaming 3 mobo and a i5-4690k ( if as in you could get a h97 board and a locked CPU. )

130 Euro for a mobo? I really can't afford that MSI Z97 Gaming, and about used cpu's.. there isnt any high end used cpu's being sold, best i found was i5-750. So new is my only option.

If there is a mobo for around 50 Bucks i guess, with a LGA1150 socket, that would be great, and then some cpu thats a quad core, and up for todays standards something around 150 euro.

Total budget for CPU and mobo? Any specific website you buy from?

Well right now, nothing specific, i will get additional 4 gigz of ram within few days but it could be months 'till i have money for those 2, so... i guess something around 220ish euro? But not absolutely sure, so basicaly trying to find upgrade as cheap as possible but for it to still be effective, i live in Serbia btw, and prices here are not very good. I usualy search for specific item with sufix "itsvet" which is basicaly a local site which finds all shops with specific items and lists the prices from cheapest to most expensive. I dont plan on importing anything since to import something here its usualy at least around 50 euro if not double the same price as the item itself. Best shop that its reliable and not that expensive in Serbia is http://www.emmi.rs/ it is in Serbia though, so yeah, that won't help much. We also use dinars here 1 Euro = 119 Dinars (RSD).

Hmm how much does a i5-4460 and a cheap H97 Mobo go for? Any h97 board works. You get a newer i3 that uses newer architecture like a i3-4170 and a h97 board so one day you can upgrade to a 4690 or 4790

http://www.msi.com/product/mb/H97-PC-Mate.html#hero-overview this is the cheapest one i found, all others aren;t below 100 euro, this one is 80 euro, it has lga 1150 socket, about the i3, how much of a performance increase do you think i'd get? If i could find a similar quad core i5 or so... hmm, i'll think about it, i'll keep your advices in mind, thanks for the tips! :D

remember even with an i3 you get newer architecture, and you could always upgrade to a newer i5 or i7 that uses the LGA 1150 Socket type, also thst board isn't bad. Most Mobos from brands like MSI, ASUS, or Gigabyte give some good quality. Yeah like I said say even if you can only get an i3 at first you'd see a nice gain in performance and then once you get the money buy something like i5-4690. I'd make a post in the CPU, Mobos, and Memory sub forumn asking how much of a performance gain would you have over a i3-2100 and i3-4170. Even if it's not the biggest it will help and you'll always have an option to upgrade all the way up to a i7-4790

We dont know your budget, for all I know you've got enough for a i7 5960x and 128gbs RAM.

Then i've come to think - since i would get that mobo and that cpu, should i not get the additional 4gb of ddr3 1333mhz cl9 ram now? Since my current board supports only up to 1333mhz that was my only choise, but if the performance increase between 1333mhz and 1600mhz is drastic, should i wait till i get that board and get completely new 8gb of 1600mhz ram altogether (that would not be the best for my budget though)? I'm also thinking if i didnt miss something else, since i'd need to change my plans since, i'd have more room on the board, better ports and their versions available etc. BTW just noticed - that board has only 2 sata ports! My current one has 4! i mean sure, nobody uses optical drives anymore, but if i wanted to connect 3rd drive.. bugger.

You will notice some difference in the ram but 4gb should last you. Some people play gat v with 4gb. That h97 board and a nice i3 or i5 ( locked ones since its h97 ) will also be a big difference. I think you could live with the 1333mhz though it's nothing HUGE. Plus most people even with 2 Sata ports 1tb drive should last long enough. You can always use a external drive to.

So i've found this one. It's just a bit more expensive while having 6 sata ports, that should be plenty. So for now i'll order that 4gb stick, and end up with 2 x 4gb 1333mhz, which ill use with what i have now, and we'll see if theres performance increase. Who knows, maybe in the end i'll end up being satisfied with just the ram.  If not, later i'll get this board and probably the cpu you recomended eventualy when i get the money. Thanks for the tips, cheers.
