There's not really any difference. Both ASUS and MSI are really good companies for that sort of stuff, so it all comes down to which one you prefer- looks, personal preference and anything that is opinion based can now be used for selection, because those 2 boards are virtually the same thing , just different brands.

this one is cheaper
