Need help with watercooling

So I think im going to bite the bullet and water cool my system I have about $800.00 to spend on the parts

and I would like to cool the CPU and GPU

Board gigabyte Gaming 5 x99 LGA 2011-v3

Graphics Card Nvidia GTX Titan X

CPU intel 5820K

Case Define S

16gb DDR4

3x 256 GB ssd's

2 x 2tb HDD

and 2 fan controllers

Corsair AX 850W PSU

I would like to use hard PEG tubing

black fittings , red fluid

I have a heat gun

and 4 x 140mm fans Deepcool black and red fans

So The Items I need are a nice CPU block, a titan x GPU block with backplate, tubing and fittings, Pump and tall reservoir and at least a 380 rad.

In a Define S the biggest rad that uses 140mm fans you can fit in the top is 420mm (3 fans), so you maybe want to go 2x 280mm 1 in top one in the front, or go with a 420mm on top and a 280 on the front and buy another fan.  Water Blocks I'd suggest EK they are great quality, EK also makes great looking Pump/Res Combos with optional Res sizes you can purchase separately.
