What ISP should I move to?

MattBoxer
Go to solution Solved by Jamdude,

Virgin Media are the best in the UK, hands down.

So i'm going to move from our current ISP (TalkTalk) because their customer service is crap and we get disconnections every 2 hours, and its getting annoying.

I have any BT line fiber available and Virgin Media at my Postcode, who should I go with?

All opinions welcome! :D

But don't they have very bad throttling (from what I've heard from my friend)

Not at all, they don't throttle download speeds, only upload if you've uploaded more than a certain amount at peak times http://my.virginmedia.com/traffic-management/traffic-management-policy-thresholds.html

Router is spot on, AC wifi along with the standard b/g/n, 4 ethernet ports, range is good, you can fiddle with all the settings online like port forwarding and blocking, can't ask for much more.

No problem, their customer support is great as well, if they can't fix it over the phone they they'll send an engineer out within three days.
