unlock fujitsu bios?

1832vin

so... i'm currently workign on part-time in computer charity shop, and we get varity of stuff

and there's this one particular laptom the fujitsu p series with i7 was given to us, but the doner pulled out all the sticker (did a rough job, so i spent 3 hours pealing the rest of the thin paper) other than the i7 and windows sticker, so i don't know what model it is other than the etched in "p series"

it uses a phonex bios, and it's under a bios' password lock......

which means i can't do anything, you need to get through the bios password before even able to go into boot order or select bios

is there any way to remove the password?

I would think removing the BIOS battery for a few seconds would help.

A lot of OEM machines have a header with a jumper and once you change the position of the jumper it resets the BIOS pasword.

I don't think laptops have this jumper cable. Just remove the BIOS battery for like 10 seconds or so and then put it back in. BIOS should have reset.
