Gaming laptop

I'm going to buy a gaming laptop for various reasons. I would like to know for between 500$ to 1000$ if this one would be the best way to go?

Also if you do recommend something better... I do like windows 7 better but 8.1 will do.

look for a laptop powered by Carizzo. AMDs new APU, they should release around now/be out already. or get a laptop with Intel i7 with Iris Pro (HD 6200).

These would be around the 500 USD mark.

 

Closer to 1000 USD, you should look for laptops with a GTX970m and nothing lower then that (comparable to a GTX 960)

Dont bother with that one. The Graphics card in it is really terrible....

 

 

 

check out that video, it shows how the Nvidia GPUs fare.... which isnt great really, below the 970m that is
