Boot using CPU graphics?

Go to solution Solved by Levent,

plug 780ti back, boot to bios enable igpu then just plug your monitor in to motherboard then do your benchmarks after you install igpu drivers.

I am trying to force my computer to boot off of the CPU graphics of my i7-4790k instead of using my 780TI.

I tried unhooking power from the GPU and using a VGA cable to connect to the mobo VGA connector for my CPU.

It wouldn't boot up with a screen.

Do I need to completely remove my 780TI for it to boot off of the CPU or can I do it to where it will just ignore my graphics card being there.

The reason for me doing this because my cousin is wanting me to build him a PC with a budget of $500 at the moment, so I told him we could let him use the i5-4790k's integrated graphics as a GPU until he gets the money for a 960. I am wanting to benchmark my CPU graphics since he would be using the same thing since all he plays is League of Legends, CSGO, Minecraft, and easy to run games as such.

Thank you for any help.

Reference:

GPU: ASUS 780TI

CPU: i7-4790k at 4.8Ghz

Mobo: ASUS Z97-A

Windows 7
