Windows installation problems

Hello,

 

I bought a new laptop for my work. The model is Acer Aspire E5-572G 58u0. It came pre-installed with linux and  i can not install any type of windows. I tried with dvd also usb but i can't figure out where the problem is. I enabled in BIOS dvd/usb boot priority without a solution. Can anyone help me please, i dont have any options left.

Is it giving you an error?

Are you able to boot up from the DVD and get to the installer, or are you having difficulties even getting to that point?

did you try opening the installer from inside the OS?

The boot menu doesn't show no matter what option i choose (usb/dvd).

I tried with that topic, unfortunately without succes. Now when i'm trying to boot from cd, my boot option freeze until i remove the cd from dvd-room. Any other options?
