My wife works at one of the city hospitals here in Regina and apparently this article is actually true. I think this could be very beneficial. Imagine if we didn't have to wait to see a specialist just so they could send us to someone else. Now if this is done wrong or security is breached it could severely comprise doctor patient confidentiality. That being said, there will be strict guidelines that must be followed.

Despite all possible issues, I personally think it's a great idea!

No no no. You post still doesn't have relevant info from the actual site about the topic. If you are expecting people to go and read the article by clicking your link, that is not how posts in this section works. Your post has to be such that it contains a summary or a brief overview of the topic you are reporting about. Now in your thread, except for the title, no one knows anything other than the fact that you think this is a good idea. No mention of how the instagram process works, how its implemented or even the guidelines that you mentioned. Fix it again and ill be more than happy to assist you again :) .
